These terms govern your use of Aya no Hana, operated by DS Trust Solution, and your purchases from this store.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in AED and include UAE VAT (5%) where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability; you will be refunded in full in such cases.

Payments

We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, PayPal and Cash on Delivery. BNPL terms are governed by the respective provider.

Returns

Returns are accepted per our Shipping & Returns policy. Statutory consumer rights under UAE law are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
