Shipping

Free standard shipping on all GCC orders over AED 200. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination and carrier (Aramex, DHL, Emirates Post, Quiqup or SMSA).

  • UAE: 1–2 business days (same/next-day available in Dubai).
  • KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 2–4 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, Sunday–Thursday.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Sale items and gift boxes are eligible for exchange or store credit.
